International man of mystery, our church moderator, Lanny Dick, grew up in a Congregational church in Kansas and prefers to stay behind the camera taking pictures of others.

Ellen Thompson grew up in our Rocky Mountain Conference going to our UCC La Foret summer camp.

A recent graduate of Metro State, Ellen does social work at Jefferson Hills New Visions, but clearly wants to be a ballerina supported by her fiancé, Rob.

Inner Church Team chair, Lucas Novak, a recent graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, is currently working as an interning chaplain at University of Colorado Hospital.

His fiancé, Nancy, is interning as a medical doctor. They live together in Stapleton, interning for marriage.

Lynn Flannigan-Till is our Wider Church Team chair, facilitating our congregation’s social justice outreach ministry.

Lynn works as a midwife and homeopathic consultant. She and her husband, Jonathan, are the proud parents of baby Benjamin and his big brother, Scooter.

Hailing from Toronto Canada, Mike Thrift is our Building Team chair and works in IT as a network engineer, which he describes to the uninitiated as a “digital plumber.”

He and his wife, Raven, are expecting their first child!

Our church treasurer, Marilyn Rollins, grew up in a Congregational Church in California and has been a member of Sixth Avenue for five years.

Since moving to Denver from Davis, where she worked at the University of California. She is most famous for being the grandmother of Jessie!
